Campus Team Sports Clubs
Campus team sports can be social or competitive. Offerings per campus depend on available facilities and league participation, the full list of sports will be available during Sports Club Registration. Clubs include rugby, basketball, soccer, netball, hockey, cricket, volleyball and touch rugby. Most teams compete in local action and social outdoor leagues, or students can enter their own teams into the internal Emeris leagues, which some campuses have. Our team sports offer a great way to meet other like-minded students in a fun environment.
Campus Individual Sports Clubs
Each campus offers individual sports that are part of our Sports Life initiative which focuses on outdoor experiences and activities such as golf, canoeing, surf skiing, running, walking, triathlon, cycling and surfing. These clubs cater for beginners and experienced student-athletes, providing opportunities to learn a new skill or be able to compete at local events and competitions together with fellow students.
Campus Lifestyle Sports Clubs
These clubs focus on social and lifestyle-focused sports, exploring the outdoors or engaging on campus during a Meridian Hour. Clubs include chess, cheerleading, esports, hiking, table tennis, tennis and squash.
