Compliance Manager
With two qualifications under my belt (IIE Bachelor of Commerce in Law and IIE Bachelor of Laws), I wrote all four Attorneys Admission Exams and successfully passed them. I had the privilege of being admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa which landed me my current job.
Banker
After graduation, I stayed in contact with the Career Services and Alumni Relations office, who supported me land my current job. I aim to become a team leader, coach, or advisor at one of the most prominent financial institutions.
Masters in Clinical Psychology (Student)
My qualification allowed me to become a counsellor at an inpatient facility for recovering addicts for a year, before I was accepted into a master’s degree in clinical psychology. I plan on becoming a clinical psychologist at a hospital in the future.
Alumni Relations Intern at Emeris
After graduating, I wasn’t sure where my career was headed, but with the help of the Career Services, I now work at Emeris, managing a portfolio larger than I ever imagined.
Social & Paid Media Manager
After dabbling in various careers, I returned to marketing and have remained in the field ever since - a journey that culminated in becoming a manager at 23. In the future, I’m looking to expand my expertise into another area of marketing, as I feel it’s time for a new challenge.

My law qualification opened doors to be able to complete my articles at Mooney Ford Attorneys, where I was retained as an Associate. This opportunity has allowed me to grow in my career, and I hope to one day become a partner at my firm.

My qualification opened many doors in junior roles, allowing me to gain experience and work my way up over a period of eight years. This progression led to more senior positions and, ultimately, to my current role, where I manage a marketing and business development team.
