Helpful hints

Read through the below for further information

For students who have graduated but did not collect their certificates at their campus within a year of the graduation ceremony.

Uncollected certificate will only be processed if no outstanding fees and it is a valid request.

If you have a student number in the format ST10000123, please enter it here. Alternatively, click "I don't have a student number".
Supply a valid email address where we can reach you.
Supply a cellphone number where we can reach you on.
Indicate which campus you study at
Choose your mode of delivery, i.e., are you studying at a campus, or are you a distance student?
Select if you are a full-time or part-time student
Select the faculty that your qualification belongs under.
Please provide any additional information that will help us resolve your request.
