Biography
Ms Susan de Kock is currently the Head of Law and lecturer at IIE Emeris, Waterfall campus.
She holds the following degrees: LLB (UJ) (2005) and an LLM (Banking Law) from UJ (2014) and she is an admitted attorney since 2008. She practiced until 2014, when she pursued a patch in academia.
Susan has been lecturer since 2013 and has lectured to undergraduates and candidate attorneys as part of their practical legal training.
She has presented at the Southern African Insolvency Law Academics Society Insolvency and Business Rescue Conferences in 2024 and 2025 and is currently pursuing publications in the field of insolvency law.
