I’m interested in how brands can create memorable experiences for customers — whether that’s through great storytelling, interactive campaigns, or unique touchpoints along the customer journey. I love looking at what actually makes people connect with a brand and stay loyal to it.
Entrepreneurship & Digital Business Development
I’m passionate about how up-and-coming entrepreneurs, especially in the creative and fashion space, can use digital tools to build and grow their businesses. This includes everything from practical skills and upskilling to how we prepare students to take their ideas into the real world with confidence.
Biography
I began a Master’s in Marketing with a digital focus but paused my studies due to personal commitments and an overwhelming workload. Even though I stepped back temporarily, the themes I explored continue to guide much of my academic and professional work. My interests centre on digital marketing innovation, experiential brand building, and understanding how consumers engage with fashion and retail brands online. My background as a former women’s boutique owner, together with my ongoing involvement in the retail sector, gives me a practical and grounded approach to marketing strategy. I am currently managing and developing my own e-commerce site, overseeing online sales and teaching myself WordPress to make ongoing improvements and updates. This combination of industry experience, academic insight, and hands-on digital work shapes a well-rounded, applied perspective on marketing and consumer behaviour.
