Sinikiwe Mzezewa is a legal scholar whose research examines the intersections of contract law and customary law. Her work investigates how legal pluralism shapes normative understandings of contractual practices, and how lived social realities inform and challenge doctrinal conceptions of law. Her broader academic interests include the reimagining of legal education to reflect the realities of contracting in diverse social contexts.
