Biography
Dr Riyaadh Lillah is a Management Lecturer at Emeris, Nelson Mandela Bay. He holds a Doctor of Commerce (DCom) in Business Management from Nelson Mandela University, where he also completed his undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. His research interests include environmental sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship and strategic management, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. Dr Lillah has published in accredited journals and contributed to advancing knowledge on environmental management systems, ethical leadership, and organisational performance.
With over a decade of academic experience, Dr Lillah has taught a wide range of modules, including Strategic Management, Corporate Citizenship, and Financial Management, Business Ethics as well as Research Methodology. He has extensive experience in postgraduate supervision and has served as an external examiner and peer reviewer for academic programmes and journals.
