Biography

Henry is a legal scholar and practitioner with a developing research focus at the intersection of labour law, performers’ rights, and constitutional values. In his role as a lecturer at IIE Varsity College, he has cultivated a strong academic profile through supervising senior LLB students and guiding them in designing and executing rigorous legal research projects. This work has strengthened his interest in how South African law can better protect creative and vulnerable workers, particularly within evolving socio-legal and economic contexts.

Henry holds an LLM in Estate Law and continue expanding my scholarly work toward questions of fair remuneration, worker protection, and the development of rights-based frameworks within South Africa’s labour and creative sectors. His research is driven by a commitment to critical inquiry, clarity, and the pursuit of knowledge that contributes meaningfully to legal practice and policy development.
