Dimakatjo Dorcus Mamabolo is an emerging scholar and Management Lecturer. She holds a Master of Commerce, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management, reflecting a strong and progressive academic foundation.
Her research identity centres on understanding the antecedents of employee pro-environmental behaviour and how sustainability can be strategically embedded within organisations, an interest developed through her master’s research on environmental behaviour in hospitality firms within Limpopo Province. Dimakatjo’s broader scholarly interests also include organisational culture, green management practices, and entrepreneurial development.
With over four years of experience in higher education, she has taught and supported learning across multiple management disciplines, contributing to curriculum delivery, programme coordination, and academic development. She played a key role in fostering student engagement through academic support interventions aimed at improving learning outcomes.
