Biography

I am an academic, researcher, photographer, and video producer with over 30 years of experience in multimedia communication, video production, and documentary photography. My work is rooted in a documentary-style approach with a strong focus on cultural research. Current research as Work in Progress: (1) Storytelling for value transmission, Book chapter Manchester University Press. Navigating Authenticity through Cultural and Ethical Challenges: The ǂ Khomani San’s Cultural Revival within the Spirit of Being Bushman. (2) To explore the interplay between time, materiality and identity in fashion by incorporating experimental photographic processes and design elements. (3) Frames of Time; Exploring Personal Narratives Through 35mm Black-and-White Film (4) Political Narratives in Graffiti on the Lennon Wall – Prague.
