Biography
I am a admitted attorney of the High Court. I hold both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. My research interests focus on the development and effectiveness of business rescue in South Africa, with a particular emphasis on exploring the role and skills of the business rescue practitioner to better understand this key functionary entrusted with turning around a company’s financial situation. Currently, I am finalising a paper for submission to an academic journal.
