Having opened its doors in 2012, our Emeris Waterfall - Midrand campus looks and feels more like Google Headquarters than a typical university campus. The atmosphere here is relaxed but hard-working, progressive and ambitious. Student accommodation is plentiful in the surrounding neighbourhoods of Waterfall, Midrand, and should you feel like shopping up a storm you could pop over to the Mall of Africa, South Africa’s largest mall ever built in a single phase, which is home to over 300 local and international brands.
The Waterfall – Midrand campus is home to Emeris’ first EpiCentre.
A realm designed to enhance the student learning experience across various faculties. It marks a pivotal moment for the campus as it continues to redefine educational excellence for the betterment of our students and the broader community. This ambitious expansion of the campus’ educational facilities includes three distinct facilities: The Collaboratorium for Digital Learning, The Moot Court and The HIVE (Hub for Innovation, Ventures and Entrepreneurship) - each designed to equip students with vital skills and practical experiences in their respective fields.

The launch of The EpiCentre on our campus represents a significant leap forward in our commitment to our students, not just in terms of education but also in terms of equipping them with essential tools and experience needed for their future careers. The EpiCentre will foster collaboration, innovation and real-world skills crucial in today's job market. We will also be partnering with key industry leaders across various sectors in Education, Law and IT. Through this collaboration real world challenges and case studies will be included in curricula which will ensure that students can apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations”.

This collaboration will provide students with an online platform where they will be able to access varying types of safe accommodation options within an 8-kilometre radius of Emeris campuses.
