Registration VideoNew Students
Your login credentials were included as an attachment with your invitation to register which you received via email.
Returning Students
Login using your existing SSO (Single Sign On) login credentials. Select your modules according to your APD (Academic Progression Document).
If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, you can do this through the "Forgot Password" option on the student portal.
Please wait 5–10 minutes for your new password to be sent to you via SMS, and do not attempt to reset your password again until you receive your first password reset notification.
Your Password Policy
If you are still unable to log into your student account, check your internet connection and try clearing your browser cache by pressing the following buttons on your keyboard: CTRL+SHIFT+R or CTRL+F5
Online registration should take about 20 minutes to complete. You will receive your proof of registration email once we have validated your registration request and payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for validation of your registration request to be done.
Go to Student PortalShould you request assistance during your registration, please make use of our FAQ BOT, which will be available on the bottom right of the portal. Our FAQ BOT is unable to answer your query, you will have the option to get in touch with a Registration Support Agent. The Registration Support Agent will call you back during the below telephone operating hours:
